  • Get out of her own head and actually show up to her life. The party, the photo, the first date, the night out.

  • Have something finally click in real life, not just make sense in her head.

  • Put herself first and have something real to show for it.

  • Become someone who inspires the people around her, not because she has it all figured out, but because she chose herself anyway.

  • Stop waiting until life calms down and just go.

  • Look back and know she didn't miss her own life.

This retreat is for the woman ready to…

Why This Retreat Exists

0Z8A6550 (2).jpg

This retreat is for women who understand self-love on paper, but don’t fully believe it when it comes to themselves… and are tired of trying to figure that out alone.

- You already understand the concepts
- You know your worth isn’t your body
- You know confidence doesn’t come from shrinking yourself

But your day-to-day experience hasn’t caught up yet - and more information won't solve it.

It clicks when you:

  • Get out of the environment that keeps reinforcing the same thoughts

  • Are around women who actually think and live differently

  • Practice new ways of showing up in real time, not just in your head

This is not just something that sounds good.

This is where things start to actually change in your real life.

I feel so loved and heard. I cannot thank Sarah enough for building this amazing opportunity. You will never regret doing something for the betterment of yourself. Take the leap!”

Does this sound like you?

  • Your body or your weight affects how you dress, eat, move and think on a daily basis

  • You’re mentally exhausted by 'thin being in' and the rise of GLP1s

  • You catch yourself avoiding photos, social events, or putting yourself out there

  • You keep telling yourself, "next time" or "when I'm skinnier"

  • You understand it logically, but it hasn’t actually clicked in your beliefs yet

  • And you’ve realized that doing this alone and scrolling social media isn’t making you feel how you want feel

Who this retreat is NOT for:

  • If you’re looking for a budget trip or typical vacation.

  • If you want something purely informational without real-life application

  • If you’re not open to stepping outside your comfort zone, even in small ways

The only thing standing between you and this is the decision to go.

Travel Details

Packing List

Guests will book their own flights to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), in Bali.

Plan to arrive at DPS airport by 12pm on Sunday, September 6th. If you’re worried about delays or jet lag, it can help to arrive 1–2 days early to give yourself a buffer.

A group car transfer will be arranged on arrival day, so once you land, everything is guided from there.

Travel insurance is required for all guests. Travel insurance is easy to get online in a few minutes, and typically costs around $50–150 depending on your trip and coverage. You'll receive specific provider recommendations after booking.

Departing flights should leave DPS airport no earlier than 5pm on Friday, September 11th.

You’ll receive a full packing list before the retreat.

Anything you forget to pack can easily be found for you by our team in Bali. You’re in good hands.

FAQ

Is this right for me?

This is a strong fit if you’re self-aware, have already done some work on yourself, and still feel stuck in the same patterns or mental loops. If you want something to actually shift, not just understand it better, this is for you.

Should I just figure this out on my own?

You've already learned and changed all you can on your own. The next level is practicing that learning in a safe space with others. Most women who come have already tried to figure it out alone and are ready for something different.

What if I don’t fit in?

Almost everyone feels this before coming. Most women are arriving solo, and it quickly becomes clear how similar everyone actually feels. You don’t need to be a certain type of person to belong here.

What if I don’t feel comfortable opening up?

You’re never required to share more than you want to. Most people open up naturally over time, but you’re always in control of your experience.

I’ve never traveled alone or to Bali. What if I’m nervous?

That’s normal. Bali is a very popular destination for solo female travelers, and you’ll receive clear guidance on flights, arrival, and what to expect after booking.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. It’s quick to set up, usually takes a few minutes, and is relatively affordable. You’ll receive recommendations after booking.

What if something changes and I can’t come?

All payments are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll support you in finding someone to take your spot and guide you through next steps.

Is this a substitute for therapy?

No. This complements therapy. Many women who attend have already done therapy and are looking for something more experiential

Do I need to be fit or active to attend?

Not at all. This retreat is not physically intense. It's designed around inner work, rest, and connection.

How many women will be there?

This retreat is intentionally limited to 14 women to ensure an intimate, supported experience.

Should I wait until life calms down to do something like this?

Life rarely slows down on its own. Most women join during busy seasons and choose to make space for themselves anyway.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll get a full guide with everything you need, including flights, packing, arrival details, and access to a group space to connect before the retreat.
