Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Your spot is secured once your first payment is made, and your payment plan must be completed in full to attend the retreat.

If something unexpected comes up, we will support you in finding someone to take your spot and guide you through the next steps. Any transfer of your spot must be approved in advance.

 

Travel & Responsibility

You are responsible for booking your own flights to and from Bali and ensuring they align with the recommended arrival and departure times.

Travel insurance is required for all guests and must be purchased independently.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport, any required visas, and meeting all international travel requirements.

You are also responsible for your own health, personal needs, and belongings throughout the retreat.

 

Nature of the Experience

This retreat is a group-based experience designed for personal growth, connection, and reflection.

It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional support. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or personal transformations.

While guidance, support, and facilitation are provided, you are responsible for your own experience, choices, and integration.

 

Group Environment & Expectations

This is a shared group experience. By attending, you agree to show up with respect for others and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.

You understand that this is not a one-on-one experience, and individual attention is balanced across the group.

You agree to take responsibility for your own participation, emotional responses, and personal needs throughout the retreat.

 

Right to Refuse or Remove Participation

To protect the safety and experience of all guests, the retreat host reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee from the retreat at any time if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the group environment.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

 

Liability Waiver

By attending the Bali Retreat, you understand and agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

The retreat host is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, delays, or disruptions that may occur during travel or throughout the retreat.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• travel delays or cancellations

• lost or stolen belongings

• accidents or injuries

• illness or medical emergencies

You agree to release and hold harmless the retreat host from any liability arising from your participation in this experience.

 

Public Presence & Social Media

As this experience is hosted by a public figure, you acknowledge that photography, video, or content may be captured during the retreat.

You agree to respect the privacy and boundaries of other participants and not share content of others without their consent.

The retreat host is not responsible for how attendees choose to share or interpret their experience publicly.

 

Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, travel disruptions, local conditions, or safety considerations, the retreat host reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, accommodations, or activities.

 

Agreement

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
