There are 2 weekly meeting times to choose from for the November Circle. You will select your call time during signup on the next page.

Group 1: Tuesdays at 12:00 p.m. GMT
(Best for UK, Europe & Africa.)

 

Group 2: Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. EST
(Best for USA, Americas & Australia.)

 

For the woman who knows she needs support and structure through the holidays so she doesn’t spiral, lose herself, and have to start over again in January.

Limited to 12 students per group.

How it works:

1. Choose your Circle.

Simply choose which Circle you'd like to join (May or November) from the schedule above. Please note, start dates and meeting times cannot be changed, but all Circle calls will be recorded with lifetime access to the recording provided. It's perfectly normal & okay if you can't make every call.

2. Choose your payment plan.

You can choose between a one-time payment (and save an extra 10%, yay!) or a 4-month payment plan. If choosing the single payment, you'll pay the full program fee in the next page. If opting for the payment plan, only your first payment will be due today, and each initial payment 30 days later.

3. Complete your signup & initial payment.

Once you've chosen your desired Circle & payment plan, simply tap "Select". This will bring you to your Circle Application page, where you'll provide all info needed to secure your signup, and make your program payment! You'll get an email immediately confirming that your signup has been successful. Congratulations, you're officially IN!

4. Dive into your program materials.

2 weeks before your Circle begins, you will receive all program materials + essential info via email. You'll also be added to the private Circle group chat and calendar event, for easy scheduling + correspondence with the group. It's time to get excited!

5. Kick off your Circle & find your freedom!

Our first Circle meeting will be a low pressure, energetic opportunity for you to get to know the group & get familiar with the program. Sarah will be there to answer any questions, and you'll leave feeling safe, seen, & lighter.

FAQ

Who can join the Dream Girl Circle?

The Dream Girl Circle is open to all people who identify as women, including cis and transgender women, and anyone who was socialized as a girl and identifies with womanhood. The space is intentionally inclusive and designed to support a wide range of lived experiences while keeping the group environment safe and respectful. Every applicant will have a short check-in call with Sarah. This helps us talk through your goals, understand what you are hoping to work on, and make sure the program is the right fit for your needs and capacity before we begin.

Who can join the Dream Girl Circle?

Yes. Women join from all over the world. We often run multiple cohorts in different time zones so you can find a meeting time that works for your schedule. You will select your desired meeting time on your Intro Call after applying.

What if I miss a call?

All calls are recorded. You do not need perfect attendance to benefit from the program. The work integrates through the workbook, the community, the weekly theme, and the momentum you build over time. One missed call does not set you back. Progress comes from participation and consistency, not perfection.

Will this help my dating life?

The Circle will teach you many tools and mindset shifts that can help you choose better partners, go on dates confidently, set boundaries, and allow yourself to be seen. The Circle is not a dating program, but emotional patterns always show up in dating, so we do address them. Past members have shared that the Circle helped them: •feel more confident and grounded on dates •stop choosing emotionally unavailable people •communicate boundaries without anxiety •break old patterns that kept repeating •understand their needs in relationships •show up as their real selves instead of performing Some cohorts also include a call dedicated to love, attachment patterns, and relationships. You can bring dating questions to the group for guidance and strategy.

Will this help my physical health?

In the Circle, you will learn many tools that can improve your mental, physical, and emotional health. As your stress lowers, your relationship with food becomes healthier, and your internal dialogue softens, many women naturally experience improvements in: •digestion •sleep •energy •appetite balance •menstrual symptoms •overall wellbeing This is not a medical program, but emotional regulation and self-trust often support physical health in meaningful ways.

What if I do not fit into the group?

This is one of the most common fears. Almost every woman worries about being the odd one out, not being as “far along” as others, or feeling different. In practice, the opposite almost always happens. The Circle brings together women who share the same emotional patterns, even if their jobs, ages, or backgrounds differ. Group agreements create safety, and the structure of the program helps everyone connect quickly and meaningfully. You do not need to show up polished or perfect. You only need to show up as yourself. Most women are surprised by how quickly they feel at ease and how deeply they relate to the others.

What if I am “too much” for this?

You are not too emotional, too sensitive, too intense, or too complicated for this space. Many women join precisely because they have been told they are “too much,” or they have learned to shrink themselves in relationships, friendships, or family systems. The Circle is designed to support you without overwhelming you. And remember, every woman will have a brief check-in call with Sarah before joining, so we can talk through your needs and make sure the program feels safe and realistic for you.

Is this program right for introverts or people who feel shy in groups?

Yes. Many women in the Circle identify as introverts, socially anxious, or slow-to-open-up. The structure of the program is designed to help you ease in at your own pace. You will never be pressured to share more than you want to. Listening quietly is participation too. Most introverted members end up feeling deeply connected without ever having to perform or force vulnerability.

What does trauma-informed mean in relation to this program?

Trauma-informed means the program is built with awareness of how the nervous system responds to stress, emotional triggers, past experiences, and relationship patterns. It does not mean clinical treatment or trauma processing. In the Circle, you will never be pushed to disclose anything you do not want to share. You stay in control of your experience. Pacing, consent, and emotional safety are core to how Sarah teaches and facilitates.

Is this program a substitute for therapy?

No. The Dream Girl Circle is not therapy and does not replace therapy. Therapy helps you process trauma, diagnose issues, and work through clinical concerns. The Circle focuses on emotional skills, behavior patterns, self-trust, boundaries, body image, and long-term relational habits. Many women come into the Circle after years of therapy because they want something more practical, more community oriented, and more focused on applying change in real time. The two can work beautifully together.

Should I wait until I am less busy to join?

You do not need an empty calendar to grow. The Circle is intentionally designed to fit within real life, not ideal life. Many women join while working full time, studying, raising children, navigating travel, or managing busy seasons. The question is not whether life will calm down. It is whether you want support now.

Can I join if I sometimes struggle speaking English?

Yes. All Circles will be conducted in English, but will be adjusted to support the fluency level of the group. Sarah has hosted students from 17+ countries, many of whom don't speak English as their first language. She has also lived and worked in an international community for more than 3 years, navigating conversations with non-native English speakers every single day.

​​Can I join the Circle again if I have already completed it?

Yes. Many women return for multiple rounds because each season of life brings new patterns, insights, and emotional layers to work through. Returning members often go deeper, integrate the tools more fully, and support new members with empathy and lived experience. Every round is different, and you are welcome back anytime.

Should I do this program?

If you want to build self-trust, confidence, emotional regulation, healthier habits, and a softer relationship with yourself, the Circle is a strong fit. Women join because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to make real internal changes that last. The program touches every part of your life: your body image, your relationships, your dating patterns, your confidence, your emotional responses, and your daily habits. If you want to change how you relate to yourself, the Circle will support that.
