💫 What This Workshop Is:
This isn’t a New Year’s challenge, a makeover day, or a space where you need to prove anything.
It’s a cozy, in-person workshop for women who are ready to walk into 2026 feeling more confident in their bodies, more grounded in themselves, and more connected to what actually matters.
Led by Sarah Simpson (body confidence & self-trust) and Elle Mace (intuitive eating & food freedom), this day is about self-love that lasts. Not another thing to follow perfectly.
Expect a warm, welcoming group of women coming from all over the UK. We’re gathering to reset, reflect, and reconnect before the year begins.
