Is there messaging support with Sarah?
The program includes group coaching, weekly calls, and community support via WhatsApp Messenger. There is no individual DM or text coaching included in either tier.
If you’re looking for more personalized support, the VIP option includes three private 60-minute coaching calls with Sarah—one per month during the program—to dive into your specific patterns, questions, and strategy.
What if I fall behind?
This is a self-growth program built for real life.
All calls are recorded and replays will be available to you. You’ll never be shamed for needing to go at your own pace. The group chat remains available for check-ins, wins, and questions no matter where you are in the content.You cannot “fall behind” in this program—you’re just moving forward in your own time.
Can I get a refund if something comes up?
We honor both accountability and compassion.

You may request a 50% refund or deferral within 14 days of the program start date, as long as no live calls have been attended and VIP calls have not been used.

No refunds or deferrals are offered beyond that window.

If you experience a legitimate emergency, you may defer your enrollment to a future round within 12 months.
